Lesson Bundles

We’re excited to guide you on your learning journey, and here’s how we’ve structured our lessons to ensure you get the most out of every session:

  • Subscription: Each lesson bundle includes 4 lessons on an ongoing subscription basis.
  • Scheduling: All lesson times will be scheduled before your first session, and will repeat until the subscription is canceled or a new lesson time is mutually agreed upon.
  • Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews after the 4th lesson in your bundle. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must inform us before your 4th lesson.

Rescheduling: If a lesson needs to be rescheduled, it will be made up within the same subscription period, outside of the originally scheduled times. Lessons cannot be carried over.

Rescheduling Policy

We know things come up, and we want to be as flexible as possible while keeping our structure intact:

  • Non-Refundable Packages: All lessons are non-refundable but allow one reschedule per lesson.
  • Rescheduling Limits: You can reschedule each lesson once. If you miss the second scheduled time, that lesson is forfeited.
  • Notice Requirement: Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson is considered canceled, with no makeup or refund.
  • Instructor Cancellations: If we need to cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a reschedule request. This will not affect your one-time rescheduling option for the lesson.

Punctuality

Your time is valuable, and so is ours, so here’s how we manage late arrivals:

Late Arrivals: Students should arrive in the Zoom room 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you arrive late, we’ll continue with the remaining time. However, if you aren’t in the room 10 minutes after your scheduled start time, the lesson will be forfeited.

NOTE: All lessons are scheduled in Eastern Time. If you have a lesson booked for 8pm, that’s 8pm EST.
